Catherine Redlich is an attorney and co-founder of the firm Driscoll & Redlich. In her legal practice, Cathy handles a broad range of criminal and regulatory matters, with special expertise in securities fraud, tax and accounting fraud, insider trading, public corruption, criminal antitrust, sentencing litigation, appellate advocacy, disciplinary matters and regulatory proceedings.

Cathy received her law degree from the Harvard Law School, where she was Articles Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review and was awarded a Public Interest Fellowship at the NYCLU. Following law school, Ms. Redlich served for two years as law clerk to the Honorable Charles S. Haight, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. She joined a prominent white-collar defense firm in New York following her judicial clerkship, and became its first woman partner before co-founding Driscoll & Redlich. Catherine is consistently recognized by Super Lawyers and The New York Area's Best Lawyers as among the top practitioners in her field. For over 35 consecutive years she has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer review rating, AV Preeminent, for legal ability and ethical standards. 

Cathy has served on the Board of Directors of the New York Council of Defense Lawyers, and was Chairman of its Membership Committee. She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, where she has served on the Criminal Law and Litigation Committees; the American Bar Association, sections on Criminal Justice and Litigation; the Women’s White-Collar Defense Association; and the NYS Magistrates’ Association.

Cathy is also active in various outside boards and foundations. She is a co-founder and trustee of the Redlich Horwitz Foundation, which invests in transformative strategies to keep children and families intact and thriving in well-resourced communities. She serves on the Dean's Advisory Council for the College of Literature, Science and the Arts at the University of Michigan, and is president of the Board of Directors of the Ancram Center for the Arts. Cathy is also vice-president of the Insita Group, founded by her and her husband Rob Horwitz, which focuses on criminal justice reform, workforce development, and protecting our democracy. Cathy and her husband live in the mid-Hudson Valley.
