Leonard Campolieta is owner and sole propriety of Leonard J Campolieta, Program Management Services.  Previously Mr. Campolieta was the Chief Engineer at O'Brien and Gere, an engineering company headquartered in Syracuse, New York since 1945. He has more than 40 years of professional engineering and construction experience. Working on industrial, municipal, state, and federal projects, Mr. Campolieta is responsible for maintaining the technical accuracy and quality production of designs, studies, and reports for new construction, plant renovations, and facility expansions.

Mr. Campolieta is a member of the New York State Education Department of Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board of Directors, Board Member and former President of the Syracuse University Varsity Club, and a Board Member and former President of the Syracuse University Football Club. Among his professional affiliations were professional engineer licensures in 27 states and membership in over 15 technical societies.  Mr. Campolieta is a graduate of Syracuse University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
